In this edition, prominent players in the real estate industry secured multiple awards. SM Development Corporation (SMDC) emerged as a standout, with its condominium properties earning special recognition in the “Development Awards” category. Noteworthy achievements include Bloom Residences for Best Wellness Residential, Gem Residences for Best Integrated Work from Home Development, Vail Residences winning Best Affordable Condominium, Twin Residences securing Best Mid-Range Condominium, and Gold Residential – Offices receiving Best Highend Condominium.
Other recipients in the same category include Dolmar Land, recognized for Best Affordable Housing (Northgrove Hills) and Best Mid-Range Housing (Bella Vista). PH1 World Developers garnered awards for Best Green Development and Best Housing Development (North Scapes San Jose Del Monte), while Isoc Land Inc. claimed two awards for Best Design Condominium and Value for Investment Metro Manila (I-Land Residences Sucat). In Davao, Aeon Luxe Properties secured awards for Value for Investment and Best Luxury Condominium.
Under the Development Awards category, Cityland Development Corporation was acknowledged as Best Lifestyle Development for Pioneer Heights 1, Shang Properties earned Best Luxury Development in Metro Manila for Shang Residences at Wack Wack, and Regus PH was recognized as Best Services Offices.
Several developers received recognition for their outstanding contributions to the Philippine real estate landscape in the “Developer Awards” category. SMDC was honored as Best Developer Philippines, Empire East Land Holdings as Best Developer Metro Manila, Aboitiz Land Inc. as Best Developer Visayas, Aeon Luxe Properties as Best Developer Mindanao, Eton Properties as Best Mixed-Used Developer, and RLC Residences as Best Sustainable Developer.
In the “Brokerage Awards” category, SN Homefinders received the accolade of Highly Recommended Real Estate Agency, while Nel Realty was recognized as the Most Trustworthy Real Estate Agency. BPI also received a special award as the Highly Recommended Bank for Home Loans.
