In a major step to strengthen its foothold in the Philippines, BYD Cars Philippines, together with its official distributor and Ayala Corporation’s mobility solutions platform ACMobility, proudly unveils BYD Pampanga—a state-of-the-art dealership aimed at accelerating electric vehicle (EV) adoption in the region. This flagship facility in Central Luzon reinforces BYD’s commitment to becoming the leading EV brand in the country while delivering exceptional mobility solutions to Filipino consumers.
Marking BYD’s first dealership in Central Luzon and north of Metro Manila, the Pampanga branch is part of the brand’s rapidly growing network, which aims to expand to 25 dealerships by the end of 2024. “We are thrilled to partner with Oscar Chng and the entire BYD Pampanga team to bring this cutting-edge facility to life,” said Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, CEO of ACMobility. “This dealership not only highlights our commitment to expanding mobility solutions in the Philippines but also underscores our dedication to making electric vehicles more accessible in Pampanga. Strategically located at Villa del Sol along Jose Abad Santos Avenue in San Fernando, Pampanga, the new dealership serves as a key access point for customers in the thriving economic zone, known for its agricultural processing capabilities and potential for innovative transport solutions. The facility covers an expansive 4,469 sqm, with a 1,988 sqm display area showcasing an impressive array of BYD’s latest EV offerings. Upon completion of its expansion next year, the dealership will span 5,455 sqm, making it the largest BYD dealership in the Philippines.

The dealership features global-standard amenities, including a modern display area that can showcase up to 13 vehicles, such as the BYD Sealion 6 DM-i electric SUV and the entry-level subcompact electric BYD Seagull. Customers can expect a welcoming environment with expert sales and after-sales associates who will guide them through their electric vehicle journey.
In addition to the display area, the dealership has an advanced service facility with 8 work bays and a dedicated New Energy Vehicle (NEV) repair room. A 110-square-meter service lounge offers a comfortable space for clients while their vehicles are being serviced.
