The initiative was officially launched at the “Bossjob Revolution: Empowering Careers in Bicol” event held on September 10, 2024, at Casa Blanca Hotel in Legazpi City. The event featured discussions with key stakeholders from local government, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the private sector, including the Office of the Mayor, DOLE, Public Employment Service Office (PESO), Albay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), Ako Bicol Partylist, and Junior Chamber International (JCI Legazpi). The event marked the start of Bossjob’s regional expansion and its commitment to providing enhanced career solutions.

Content creators Lorenz Mariñaz and Ricah Buban also spoke on the growing opportunities in digital content creation, particularly in Bicol, highlighting how aspiring creators can leverage digital platforms to build successful careers in the field.
