Bianca Umali Sweet and Beautiful turned 18 on March 2, and on March 17, she celebrated with a grand debut party at the EDSA Shangri-La. With lights were turned down and Coldplay on speakers, Bianca walked into the party in an illuminated off-shoulder blue gown.
