AXA Philippines’ all-in-one digital tool, Emma, has introduced new features to enhance the insurance experience of its health and insurance with investment policyholders. Emma is the dedicated health and financial wellness partner of AXA’s customers, offering a convenient and hassle-free way to access AXA’s services online.
The latest updates to Emma now allow health policyholders, such as those with Global Health Access and Health Care Access plans, to access features that make AXA’s health services more convenient. For instance, they can request a Letter of Guarantee and access MedNetwork, an online database of doctors and medical institutions accredited by AXA Philippines. Global Health Access policyholders can also file Claims for Over-the-Counter Vitamins directly through the platform.
Insurance with investment policyholders can manage their investments with ease through the new Fund Allocation feature, which enables them to adjust the amount allocated to the funds in their portfolio. The Fund Switch feature also helps customers transfer their money from one fund to another while the Fund Top-Up allows customers to add more funds to their investments.
