Autoclickers traced as the cause of the SIM registration disruption in GOMO. On April 20, some GOMO subscribers encountered issues in completing their SIM registration through the GOMO app. Further investigation revealed that the problem was due to some users utilizing auto-clickers, which interfere and spam the SIM registration form on the app.
GOMO has taken action against customers found to have used these autoclickers, which are designed to automate taps on a specific area of the phone screen. The use of autoclickers is not recommended, as it can disturb certain functionalities in other applications. We urge our subscribers to avoid downloading these malicious autoclickers for their own safety and security.
