Latest office tower at the City of Firsts to feature state-of-the-art facilities that put sustainability first
Senior officials from Araneta City, TELUS, JLL Philippines, and DATEM, Inc. gathered on June 27 for the topping-off ceremony of Cyberpark 3, the newest addition to the burgeoning Cyberpark office district.
This event marks a pivotal moment for the 30-storey office building, slated to offer LEED-certified, state-of-the-art facilities to enhance the growing business landscape of Araneta City. It also signifies the expansion of the P25 billion Cyberpark, which comprises five towers, solidifying Araneta City’s position as a premier business hub in Metro Manila.
“Cyberpark 3 symbolizes our dedication to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. We eagerly anticipate sharing this development and providing a top-tier workspace tailored to the evolving needs of diverse businesses,” remarked Marjorie C. Go, Head of Marketing at Araneta City.
Cyberpark 3 boasts 28 levels of office spaces, three basement parking levels, and two floors dedicated to retail on its podium. Each floor spans approximately 2,500 sqm, with a total gross floor area of 80,000 sqm (excluding basement). The building features advanced amenities such as 100% backup power and a smart elevator system designed for enhanced efficiency and user convenience.
Notably, Cyberpark 3 is pursuing LEED certification, underscoring Araneta City’s commitment to community and environmental impact. It incorporates renewable energy solutions, energy-efficient double-glazed ribbon windows, a rainwater collection system, and solar panels, among other sustainable features.
“This milestone not only signifies the nearing completion of our latest addition to the expanding Cyberpark business district but also marks a significant stride for Araneta City as a leading business destination in the Philippines,” added Go.
Completion of Cyberpark 3 is anticipated in 2025, further bolstering Araneta City’s stature as a preferred location for businesses seeking modern and sustainable office spaces.
