Araneta City holds topping off ceremony for Cyberpark 3



The newest office tower at the City of Firsts will have cutting-edge amenities that prioritize sustainability.


Senior officials of Araneta City, TELUS, JLL Philippines, and DATEM, Inc. came together for the topping-off ceremony of Cyberpark 3, the latest addition to the expanding Cyberpark officed district, on June 27.

On June 27, senior officials of Araneta City, , TELUS, JLL Philippines, and DATEM, Inc. convened for the groundbreaking of Cyberpark 3, the newest development within the growing Cyberpark office district.

The 30-story office skyscraper, which will provide LEED-certified state-of-the-art amenities to the expanding Araneta City business sector, is reaching a major milestone with this event. Additionally, it signifies the P25 billion Cyberpark’s five-tower extension, strengthening Araneta City’s standing as Metro Manila’s premier corporate area.

“Cyberpark 3 is more than just a building; it is a symbol of our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. Cyberpark 3 prides itself on a LEED certification, showing Araneta City’s commitment to making a positive impact on the community and the environment. Among other things, it has solar panels, rainwater collection systems, energy-efficient double-glazed ribbon windows, and renewable energy solutions.

The completion of Cyberpark 3 is scheduled for 2025.
