World-renowned rapper, singer, dancer, and style icon LISA has officially announced the release of her debut solo album, Alter Ego, set to drop on February 28, 2025, via LLOUD Co./RCA Records. The announcement follows a week of teasers on social media and comes as LISA wraps up a sold-out five-city fan meet tour across Asia.
In her official Alter Ego announcement video, LISA introduces five unique characters, each representing a facet of her personality. These characters are symbolized by the five points on a star, a recurring emblem in the album’s promotional campaign.

The announcement caps off a landmark year for LISA, who continues to dominate both music and pop culture. This week, she made headlines as Billboard’s first-ever global cover star, gracing ten international editions, including Billboard US, Billboard Arabia, Billboard Brazil, and Billboard Japan. Billboard hailed LISA as “one of pop’s most exciting stars,” declaring, “LISA has star power in spades.”
LISA also appeared as one of the cover stars for Vanity Fair’s coveted Hollywood Issue, ahead of her acting debut in HBO’s The White Lotus season three.

LISA’s recent single, “Moonlit Floor,” highlights her ethereal vocals and dynamic rap skills while featuring an interpolation of the 90s classic, “Kiss Me” by Sixpence None the Richer. “Rockstar” has now amassed nearly 427 million streams, while its music video, directed by Henry Scholfield and choreographed by Sean Bankhead, has garnered over 265 million views, topping YouTube’s global weekly chart upon release.
