AirAsia Philippines Issues Public Service Advisory for Typhoon Carina

AirAsia Philippines advises its guests of the delay of flights to and from Taipei due to unfavorable weather conditions brought by Typhoon Carina/Gaemi. The following flights scheduled for July 24-25, 2024, are rescheduled:

“At AirAsia, safety is our top priority. Our Allstar team, in coordination with relevant aviation authorities, has carefully monitored the path of Typhoon Gaemi and decided to delay the departure of some flights to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and crew. Pre-flight notifications have been promptly sent via SMS and registered email. Guests wishing to reschedule their flights can do so through the AirAsia MOVE app within 30 days of their original departure date,” said Steve Dailisan, AirAsia Philippines Communications & Public Affairs Head and First Officer.

Guests can check the status of their flights via the “flight status” tab on the AirAsia MOVE app, visit @flyairasia.ph on social media, check www.newsroom.airasia.com, and monitor their registered mobile phones and email accounts for timely updates.
