Following its highly successful limited theatrical release, JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL, the captivating documentary showcasing the solo journey of BTS member Jung Kook, made a powerful impact on the global box office. Now, in response to overwhelming fan demand, Trafalgar Releasing and HYBE are excited to announce the release of JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL – THE PARTY EDITION on October 11. This new edition features the full documentary with an additional 20 minutes of singalong videos, creating an immersive fan celebration at the cinema.
JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL – THE PARTY EDITION will be available in select theaters across the USA, Mexico, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Fans can purchase tickets starting Friday, October 4, at 6 a.m. PDT / 9 a.m. EDT / 2 p.m. BST / 3 p.m. CEST / 8 p.m. ICT via JUNGKOOK-IAMSTILL.COM. Directed by Junsoo Park, the documentary covers the eight months following Jung Kook’s solo debut with the RIAA platinum-certified single “Seven (feat. Latto)” in July 2023. JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL provides a deep look into his creative process, dedication, and the challenges of being a global pop icon. The film’s limited theatrical run in over 4,100 cinemas across approximately 120 countries and regions resulted in outstanding box office success. In North America, the film debuted at No. 9 and grossed $3.12M, becoming the highest-grossing music cinema event of 2024 in the region. Globally, it topped the box office in Brazil and ranked in the top three in Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru, while also securing top spots in Germany, Italy, and Malaysia.
