“I HEART PH” Finds a New Home on GMA Network

Manila, Philippines—The popular lifestyle and travel show “I HEART PH” has found a new home on GMA Network, continuing its mission to spread positivity and showcase the beauty of the Philippines. Valerie Tan hosts the magazine show, which has consistently promoted the country’s scenic spots and improved the image of Filipinos.

The program aligns with the government’s tourism campaign, “Love the Philippines!” and emphasizes the country’s natural beauty. “Our country is blessed with amazingly beautiful natural resources and environment,” says Vanessa Verzosa, TV8 Media Business Unit Head. “That’s why we never run out of features. There are still more beautiful places that have never been featured in the mainstream media. And we want to showcase them through our program.”

The new season of “I HEART PH” promises to continue showcasing inspiring stories and aspirational features, now with the enhanced nationwide reach of GMA Network. This expanded platform allows the show to inspire more viewers and promote local tourism across the country.

Valerie Tan, thrilled about her return to GMA Network, reflects on her journey. Her career began when she won the reality talent search “May Trabaho Ka,” a program broadcast by GMA’s QTV (now GTV). “I am forever grateful to GMA,” says Valerie. “The network paved the way to my dream job as I get to do what I love since I was a kid. Now, I get to travel around, seeing beautiful places and meeting people from all walks of life—connecting with them and sharing their stories to our viewers.”

Valerie teases exciting new adventures for viewers in the upcoming episodes, including a special feature on the island province of Bohol, known for its picturesque landscapes and rich culture. Stay tuned for more exciting discoveries on “I HEART PH” only on GTV.
