Leading cybersecurity company Trend Micro Philippines is gearing up to host its annual cybersecurity conference, DECODE, on September 10 with the theme “DECODE 2024: Fusion Forward.”
This year’s conference will emphasize the critical need to integrate diverse technologies to create comprehensive and multifaceted solutions against cyberattacks and threats. By leveraging advanced and integrated cybersecurity fundamentals, the potential for enhanced protection against various types of threats significantly increases.

Given the numerous data breaches in recent months and the rising use of Generative AI models, DECODE 2024 aims to equip attendees with the necessary skills and knowledge to better protect their organizations from vulnerabilities. Attendees can look forward to track sessions and panel discussions on cybersecurity fundamentals such as risk management, data privacy, and cybercrime, as well as a new session on automotive security.
Speakers from Trend Micro, Interpol, Canadian law enforcement, and local experts will share insights and best practices on the latest facets of cybersecurity and risk management from both local and international perspectives. A special session called “Get It Girl” will be held in the morning, highlighting women in tech, along with a VicOne demonstration on vehicle data ecosystem security.
In addition to track sessions and panel discussions, DECODE 2024 will feature activities such as a Capture the Flag challenge and a Hands-on Lab, providing attendees with a firsthand experience of Trend Micro’s training process.
