Last April 6, we were invited to the Grand Presscon of Kid Kulafu at the Dolphy Theater at ABS-CBN.
The movie Kid Kulafu details the struggle of Manny Pacquiao’s greatest fights outside and inside the ring during his early years up before he was 16 years old. According to Director Paul Soriano of Ten 17 productions, Manny says that those struggles earlier in life was more difficult than any of his boxing fights.
The movie stars Buboy Villar as the young Manny Pacquiao with Cesar Montano (Sardo, the Uncle who trained), Alessandra de Rosi (Mommy Dionesia), Alex Medina (Rosalio, the father). Khalil Ramos, and Igi Boy.
The movie will be showing starting April 15, 2015, few weeks before the long awaited Mayweather-Pacquiao fight.
