A soulful journey of self-discovery in the middle of the city!
Looking for a breather? A place to center and connect yourself? Look no further because Vida offers a holistic experience that will surely make you reach those health goals of yours for the upcoming new year!
Vida Yoga recently opened its flagship branch at The Arya Plaza Towers in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), providing yoga enthusiasts a new space for more mindful lifestyle choices.
Vida Yoga offers state-of-the-art studios with its signature hot yoga classes, as well as non-hot classes, taught by world-class instructors who trained under internationally acclaimed yogi Copper Crow.
“We are excited to broaden our reach and offer a nurturing environment for individuals to engage in hot yoga and beyond,” expressed Amanda Griffin-Jacob, one of the co-founders of Vida Yoga. “Our goal is to transcend the boundaries of the mat and empower individuals to make holistic lifestyle choices that extend well beyond their yoga practice.”
Last, October 25, 2023, Vida’s BGC branch opening took the guests on a transformative journey of self-discovery and conscious living with its banner theme ‘Eat, Yoga, Love: A Cityscape Journey with Vida’ a unique wellness experience in partnership with Philip Stein, Centro Holistico, and Massage MNL to inspire people to embark on their journey to mindful lifestyle choices with Vida.
“Vida Yoga was born out of our collective mission to be the conduit for Filipinos to find their own individual journeys to healthier living. We all love yoga – especially hot yoga – and we all believe that choosing to live a mindful lifestyle extends beyond yoga, thus we thought of offering a venue for people to go through that process of discovery, ” Co-founder Karmela Oreta shared.
With hot yoga classes being their signature classes, each session aims to combine the revitalizing power of heat and the transformative practice of yoga. But it is also great to note that Vida Yoga offers a wide range of classes created to accommodate a range of client needs and interests.
Vida Yoga also has the Hot 26 class for those who are ready to take up the challenge and detoxify—from the title itself, 26 poses will be performed in an infrared-heated room for about 75 minutes. On the other hand, the Hot Express can also give you shortened sessions wherein you can do the same positions but in just 60 minutes.
Hont Vinyasa
With the power of heat, it blends the flow of movements that the Vinyasa have which enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. For a slower pace and more introspection, the Hot Slow Flow class combines soothing warmth with gentle, mindful movements to promote relaxation and increased flexibility.
The studio also offers Inferno Hot Pilates for those who want a high-intensity workout—combining Pilates principles with a heated environment. On the other hand, a Hot Hybrid class is also offered for a unique and challenging experience that blends elements of different yoga styles.
For those who don’t prefer hot classes, don’t worry because Vida also provides non-hot classes! So whether you prefer to sweat it out or practice in a cooler setting, Vida can cater different needs and preferences for everyone.
Explore classes for as low as 1000 pesos for a session! Vida has a first timer introductory package which is only 2000 pesos for 3 classes. Beginners can choose from a wide variety of Vida Yoga’s class packages.
For Amanda, hot yoga provides a well-rounded nourishment for the mind, body, and spirit, serving as a strong foundation for a holistic well-being. “Our vision for Vida Yoga is to inspire people to elevate their idea of wellness, and to adapt a holistic approach to self-care and discovery, that is why aside from the yoga classes, we also offer retreats, seminars, and training aspiring instructors as well. We want them to embrace yoga as a lifestyle,” she added.
