Renowned globally for its powder snow, Niseko draws visitors to its picturesque landscapes, with the property’s location in Kutchan Town being among the areas that experience heavy snowfall, averaging around 13 meters. The snow quality is among the finest in the world. Thanks to its northern position, Niseko boasts a reputation for consistent delivery of light powder snow and an extended ski season that spans from November to May.

It is equally acclaimed for its breathtaking natural scenery, inviting hot springs, and expansive flower fields that paint a panoramic picture during the summer season.
