DITO has made a notable impact, as evidenced by OpenSignal, an independent mobile analytics company, awarding them several commendable distinctions in their latest report, including Upload Speed Experience, Availability, Excellent Consistent Quality, and Core Consistent Quality.
Notably, DITO surpassed Smart Communications in the Excellent Consistent Quality category, boasting an impressive 58.8% compared to Smart’s 56.7%. Additionally, in the Core Consistent Quality assessment, DITO secured a remarkable 79.9% rating, displacing Globe Telecom from the top position with its 77.7% score. Moreover, DITO’s Upload Speed has experienced a substantial boost, registering at 5.2Mbps.
Simultaneously, the Availability Award recognized DITO for delivering robust and dependable network connections in various frequented locations, ensuring seamless connectivity for users. These accolades, achieved in only the company’s second year of operation, stand as a groundbreaking achievement for the esteemed telco, DITO Telecommunity.
A PLAN FOR EVERYONE
The launch of DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlans introduces a mobile service that caters to every Filipino’s needs, offering an opportunity to transition to postpaid plans. Customers can select from affordable and versatile SIM-Only Plans (with a 6-month lock-in period) or Handset Plans (with a 24-month lock-in period). With plans starting at just P588 per month, Filipino consumers can access DITO Mobile Postpaid benefits, including ample data allocation, data rollover, unlimited all-net calls & texts, premium handset options, and a bonus Prime Video subscription for 12 months.
DITO has partnered with Samsung to offer premium yet budget-friendly handsets within Handset Plans. The Samsung Galaxy A02 is provided for all plans, while the Samsung Galaxy A04 comes free with FLEXPlan 888, and the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G accompanies FLEXPlan 1288. The Samsung Galaxy S23 is also available with an associated cash out, detailed at dito.ph/postpaid/handsets. Other Samsung handsets will also be introduced in due course.
Customers availing DITO Postpaid plans also gain access to additional FLEXible mobile service features like Advance Pay, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), and Choose Your Number. Advance Pay allows SIM-Only Plan subscribers to prepay their monthly subscription fees with discounts of up to 40%.
Importantly, customers can smoothly transition using Mobile Number Portability (MNP), retaining their preferred Prepaid or Postpaid number as they switch to DITO Postpaid. They can also choose their new DITO postpaid number or acquire a vanity number. Customers opting for these features must apply for DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlans solely through DITO Experience Stores for proper service.
To ensure convenience, DITO assures a streamlined application process for postpaid plans. Interested individuals can apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan via the DITO APP, DITO Experience Stores, and Device Retail Partner Stores nationwide (Rulls, MemoExpress, EC Panda). The necessary documentation includes Proof of Identification (at least one valid government ID), Proof of Financial Capacity (e.g., Certificate of Employment, Credit Card Bill Statement), Proof of Billing reflecting the Customer’s Address, and a selfie (for applications via the DITO APP).

DITO has introduced DITO Home UNLI 5G WIFI, a postpaid broadband subscription that empowers subscribers to savor unparalleled 5G internet speeds at home, reaching up to 500Mbps, all for Php 1490 per month. Early subscribers signing up by October 6, 2023, can enjoy a special introductory offer of only Php 745 for the initial six months.
For users who prefer a more measured approach, a data-capped postpaid plan with a monthly data allocation of 200GB is available for only Php 990 per month. This data-capped plan enables unused data from the previous billing cycle to be carried over to the next.
All DITO Home UNLI 5G postpaid plans come with a 24-month contract term, a complimentary 5G modem/router, and a 30-day Prime Video subscription.
DITO Home UNLI 5G also features prepaid options. For just Php 1,090 per month, customers can revel in unlimited internet speeds of up to 500Mbps+. Alternatively, customers can opt for a data-capped plan (100GB data allocation per month) offering the same internet speed for only Php 590 monthly. Customers acquiring prepaid offers are required to purchase the DITO Home Starter Kit for Php 7,990, which includes the modem/router.
