“God’s Answer” is a powerful song that showcases Bohol’s Faith Tourism, one of the four F’s (Farm Tourism, Food Tourism, Fitness Tourism and Faith Tourism) that Bohol currently offers to tourists. This type of tourism highlights the province’s centuries-old churches, sacred music, songs, and dances that depict the way of life in Bohol. However, the province has been hit hard by natural disasters such as Super Typhoon Odette and the 7.2 Magnitude Earthquake with Super Typhoon Yolanda, shattering dreams in people’s lives.
The song “God’s Answer” implores the fixing of these shattered dreams and is especially timely given the recent pandemic and natural disasters that have severely affected Bohol’s tourism industry. The lyrics of the song convey a message of hope, urging people to have faith in God and to work together to rebuild their community.
The inspiring song’s music & lyrics were composed and written by Lyndon Boiser. It was arranged by Robert Delgado and interpreted by The Philippine Madrigal Singers.
