Bamboo, KZ, Martin Mentor Young Singers in “The Voice Kids” Premiere This Weekend

Starting this weekend (Feb 25 & 26), viewers can expect an exciting weekend as Rockstar Royalty Bamboo, Asia’s Soul Supreme KZ Tandingan, and the Philippines’ Concert King Martin Nievera coach and discover new talent in the latest season of “The Voice Kids.”

Bamboo, who has been with the show since its first season, expressed his excitement for the new chapter of “The Voice Kids.” He is joined by new coaches KZ and Martin on the iconic red seat.

“I do miss them [former coaches] a lot. Those were my guys as well. But I do look forward to this season. It is a new day,” Bamboo said in an interview with “TV Patrol.”

For KZ and Martin, the challenge of mentoring young singers who will carry on the OPM brand is something they are ready to take on.

“I have very big shoes to fill. Medyo, mabigat ‘yung responsibility,” KZ admitted.

As a talent search program, “The Voice Kids” will have coaches eliminating contestants in each phase of the competition, which is a heavy task for them.

“Everyone knows how soft my heart is so I am really preparing myself. I might bring an extra heart,” Martin shared.

The show will be hosted by Bianca Gonzalez and Robi Domingo. Bianca also expressed her excitement on social media about being a part of “The Voice Kids.”

The season will also feature “The Voice Kids” season 2 champion Elha Nympha and “The Voice Teens” finalist Jeremy G as online hosts who will get up close and personal with the young artists.

Catch “The Voice Kids” every weekend on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, and iWantTFC at 7 pm and on TV5 (Sat at 7 pm, Sun at 9 pm). You can also follow “The Voice Kids Philippines” on YouTube to see who will impress coaches Bamboo, KZ, and Martin in the blind auditions.
