Indie rock heroes Future Islands released its newest one-off single “Peach,” marking their first music in 2021.
According to lead vocalist Samuel T. Herring, it’s a timely aura of doom (“Death is in the season/And it’s pushing me around”) before resolving to hold onto hope: “But I’m not giving up/Not today.”
The American synth-pop band kicks-off for a U.S. tour, ‘Calling Out in Space’ starting September 1st in Los Angeles. The tour runs 32 dates and follows U.K. and European run in 2022.
