JUNE 18 – Cardinal Santos Medical Center showcased for the first time the newly renovated hospital lobby that aims to heighten patients comfort on their visits or stay at the building. The renovation is part of CSMC’s continuous effort to improve its quality of service and ensure excellent hospital experience for everyone who enters its doors.
“The new lobby that we see is just the start of more renovations in our facilities and upgrade in our medical equipment,” CSMC President and CEO Mr. Raul C. Pagdanganan said in his message. “This development reaffirms our commitment to the community and the patients we serve,” he said.
“Through this simple remembrance and dedication, with hearts ignited by passion and purpose, we remember who we are, where we came from, and what our true destiny is as Caring Cardinal Leaders- a ray of hope, a lifesaver, an exemplar of excellence, always in the service of others,” CSMC VP and Head of Human Resources Ms. Maria Louzel L. Diaz-Tiozon said.
The new lobby now houses a memorial plaque for Cardinal Rufino Santos, whose legacy of compassionate service serves as the foundation of the hospital.
