Huawei announces a new way to level up your smartphone experience with the My
Huawei app. With this app, you can expect a fun and smarter Huawei journey. It is an
all-in-one application that helps you find the right services and share your experiences
with fellow Huawei users!
My Huawei is designed as an update of the Support app. With its combined features,
users engage with the members of the Huawei fans community, and not only that, but
they can also get to enjoy the official and exclusive after-sales services by Huawei. And
you can simply get the My Huawei app by getting the brand by upgrading your Support
app.
There are more ways you can get the My Huawei app.
- Auto-update: if you had enabled the “Auto-update apps” feature in your
AppGallery, the Support app will be updated to My Huawei when the new app is
available; - Manual update: search for Support app in AppGallery, and tap “Update” to
install the latest My Huawei. - Manual update: search for My Huawei in AppGallery to download the app. After
the update, you will see the My Huawei app with the new app name and the
original Support app icon.
When entering the new My Huawei app for the first time, you will need to agree to a
new Terms of Use because of the major update. Once accepted, you will enter the app
officially and see the new interfaces.
The new My Huawei integrates features that you will need when using a Huawei
product: Homepage, Community, Support, and Personal Center.
The features of each page are as below:
● Home: the previous “Discover” page in the Huawei Support app is changed to
the “Home” page, where diversified news and activities are presented;
● Community: integrating the Huawei Community for users to communicate and
interact with each other;
● Support: providing the official after-sales services including device information,
smart diagnostics, troubleshooting, service information, service activities and
benefits, and etc.
● Me: keeping all your app data and contents on one page for your convenience.
From now on, you will no longer require various apps and channels to find information
about Huawei. All you need is My Huawei, an app for you to receive the latest news,
join interesting activities, find official support, and communicate with users around you.

update will be available for devices with EMUI versions of 8.0 or above.
