A challenge for boat makers set by the maker of the leading brand Pioneer Epoxy, Pioneer Adhesives Inc. is currently on the roll since May 4 until June 30. Aiming to showcase the creativity, and local artistry for the artists in the area, Pinta ng Tibay calls everyone to join!
With the theme, “Pyesta ng Bangkang Makulay at Matibay 2021.” Open to all wooden boats ranging from 3 to 15 meters long and either used for racing, fishing, recreational sailing, or as a passenger and tourist carrier. Calling to all solo, group, or even a whole community participants for this nationwide celebration.
As a contest rule, all entry must be use Pioneer Marine Quick Dry Enamel (PMQDE), and Pioneer Pearl Glaze as paint for the entire boat. The artwork can be done by brush, roller, or spray via compressor. Submission of entries is until July 9, 2021 11:59 PM.
Criteria for Judging include Creativity (30%), Relevance to the theme (30%), Color Combination (30%), and Overall Impression (10%). The Champion will win P70,000 in cash, and the runners-up and Voters’ Choice will also receive corresponding cash prizes with over Php300,000 in total prizes.
