TEAM LAYF HEADLINES ABS-CBN’S LAST ‘PILIKULA’ THIS YEAR

ABS-CBN’s PILIkula ends this year with a bang as it casts Lou Yanong, Andre Brouilette, Yamyam Gucong, and Fumiya Sankai, in its final offering titled “Still Connected” this November 21 (Saturday).

After getting the highest combined number of votes on KUMU and KTX, Team LAYF won against the three other Big Four groups of PBB Otso, 4G, TBAY, and LEAD to earn the right to star in this last PILIkula with Ultimate Bida Star winner, Cherry Mendoza.

In “Still Connected,” LAYF portrays the famous vlogger group, Team Buhay composed of Bianca (Lou), Ayden (Andre), Hector (Yamyam), and Uri (Fumiya).

All seems well for the famous group until Bianca and Ayden decide to end their relationship. But Hector and Uri would not let their group break apart and try their best for Bianca and Ayden to reconcile. However, things become complicated when Apple enters the picture as Bianca feels abandoned by her own friends.

Could this spell the end of Team Buhay?

Like the past PILIkulas, it is in the hands of KUMU viewers how the story will go for “Still Connected.”

Meanwhile, fans of LAYF can join the digital premiere and virtual party this November 21 (Saturday) with the whole cast when they purchased tickets on KTX for P150.

Viewers can watch “Still Connected on ABS-CBN Star Hunt YouTube Channel and Online Kapamilya Shows (OKS.abs-cbn.com).

“PILIkula” is part of the growing list of digital content of OKS (Online Kapamilya Shows). It is only one of the projects of TVDG. These series follow the successful previous PILIkulas –  Karina Bautista and Aljon Mendoza’s “The Ghost of the Past,” Diana Mackey and Brian Gocheco’s “Wedding Dress for Sale,” Lou Yanong’s “Ivy Lives,” and Ashley del Mundo and Tan Rocal’s “Ado-boo.”
