Filipino rockstar and global sensation Arnel Pineda’s expedition is far from ever as it set him to knock the musical stage of the Philippines earlier over next year.
Entitle “Let It Love, Let It Rock”, the rock figure will show alongside pop-rock royalty Yeng Constantino in a post-Valentine concert at the New Frontier Theater (formerly Kia Theatre) on February 16, 2020, at 7:30 pm.
Pineda started singing in a troupe at 15 in Manila and has since then shown in different stages. Co-founder Neal Schon exposed him after posting cover videos of bands like Led Zeppelin and Journey on YouTube. Pineda became Journey’s new vocalist in 2007 and toured with the troupe since then, singing classic ballads like Open Arms and Faithfully.
“I’m so delighted to sing repeatedly for Filipino fans. I’ve been performing in various places, but nobody overtakes performing in face of your own kababayans, which love you greatly and who you see will invariably soul for your achievement,” said Pineda. “Let this concert be one of my fashion to thank my Filipino fans for always being competent for me, cheering me on as I fulfill my sentiment for performing while showing the world the enormous capability of the Filipinos.”
