Last July 31, the 1st Merkado Supermarket opened in UP Town Center, Quezon City. The new supermarket is owned and operated by AyaGold, a joint venture between ALI Capital, Corp. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc.) and Entenso Equities, Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puregold Priceclub, Inc.)
