The Manila Hotel proudly presents the Alimango Festival, a feast celebrating the rich and succulent flavors of mud crab. Available throughout March, guests can enjoy a delectable selection of alimango dishes, served exclusively during dinner from Thursday to Saturday at Café Ilang-Ilang.

As the summer heat approaches, Lobby Lounge and Pool Bar offer a refreshing array of frozen treats and delightful desserts—perfect for cooling off while enjoying tropical flavors. Guests can indulge in summer favorites such as Buko Halo-Halo, Tropical Banana Split, Thai-inspired Mango Delight with Sticky Rice Pudding, Minatamis na Saging at Mantecado Sorbetes, Kit Kat Crepes, and Dreamy Dizzle—a tempting combination of ten ice cream flavors topped with barquillos, chocolate candies, and more.
