Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) is set to deliver an unforgettable concert experience as it welcomes fans to j-hope’s highly anticipated “Hope on the Stage” live at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena on April 12 and 13, 2025.
Following his electrifying performances in South Korea and North America, j-hope is bringing his tour to Manila as part of his latest wave of concert dates, fresh off his stunning three-song set at Paris’ Le Gala des Piéces Jaunes.
Exclusive Smart Presale Access for Subscribers
Smart Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers have the incredible opportunity to secure tickets ahead of the general public through Smart’s exclusive presale event happening on February 20 at 10 a.m.
How to Get Your Presale Access Code
To participate in the Smart Presale Event, subscribers must first download the Smart App via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- For Smart Prepaid users: Load up on the Smart App between February 13 to 18 to receive a presale access code.
- For Smart Postpaid users (Plan 599 to 2999): Redeem your presale access code on the Smart App between February 14 to 18 by selecting the “Hope on the Stage” tab.
- For Smart Infinity members: Enjoy automatic access to a presale code through the app.
First Come, First Served
Receiving a presale access code grants subscribers the chance to participate in the Smart Presale Event, but it does not guarantee a ticket. With high demand expected, subscribers should act fast once the presale opens on February 20 at 10 a.m.
Steps to Purchase Tickets
Once you have your presale access code, follow these steps:
- Visit www.livenation.ph and log in or register.
- Search for “j-hope” and click “Find out more.”
- Scroll down and select “Smart Presale,” which will redirect you to www.smtickets.com.
- Log in, select “Hope on the Stage,” and click “Buy Tickets.”
- Enter your presale access code. You can purchase up to two (2) tickets per transaction, which must be bought together.
- Choose your preferred seats and complete the payment process.
Upon successful purchase, you will receive a ticket voucher via email or under My Account > My Ticket on the SM Tickets website. Print the voucher and claim your physical ticket at any SM Ticket outlet before the concert date, as a physical ticket is required for entry.
