Veteran ABS-CBN broadcast journalist Adrian Ayalin is stepping into a new role as one of the lead anchors for the long-running weekend newscast TV Patrol Weekend, starting January 4, 2025.
Adrian will join Zen Hernandez in delivering the latest news and updates from across the Philippines and around the globe every Saturday and Sunday.
With a career spanning 20 years at ABS-CBN News, Adrian has built a reputation for his incisive reporting on justice and human rights issues, as well as his in-depth coverage of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government. He has also reported on natural disasters, armed conflicts, and other critical events that shape the nation.
In addition to his work as a journalist, Adrian shares his knowledge and experience with aspiring reporters as a faculty member at the University of the Philippines Diliman, his alma mater, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Broadcast Communication.
