Sentro 1771: The Benchmark for Filipino Culinary Innovation

No Filipino gathering is complete without food, and finding the perfect restaurant that offers not only delicious meals but also exceptional service is key to creating unforgettable dining experiences. Sentro 1771, a pioneer in modern Filipino cuisine, has been a trusted venue for celebrations, milestones, and casual meet-ups since 2002. Known for its innovative twists on traditional Filipino dishes, Sentro 1771 has become synonymous with refined hospitality and unforgettable dining.

Sentro 1771 reimagines Filipino cuisine with a unique blend of Filipino, Asian, and Western influences, creating a gastronomic experience like no other. Signature dishes such as Corned Beef Sinigang, Fried Kesong Puti, and Rated GG (galunggong) have become fan favorites, loved for their creativity and flavor. These dishes have stood the test of time, remaining beloved by Filipinos for over two decades.

The Corned Beef Sinigang (₱780) offers a bold twist on the classic Filipino sour soup, featuring tender corned beef brisket in a tangy tamarind broth with fresh vegetables, becoming an instant hit with guests. The Fried Kesong Puti (₱530), a crunchy, creamy take on the humble kesong puti, is paired with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce, making for a mouthwatering appetizer. Meanwhile, Rated GG (₱416) takes the often-overlooked galunggong and transforms it into a flavorful masterpiece, expertly deboned, marinated, and fried to perfection.

Beyond its culinary offerings, Sentro 1771 sets the standard for impeccable service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The attentive staff provides personalized service, ensuring that every dining experience feels like a special occasion. This combination of exceptional food and unparalleled hospitality has made Sentro 1771 a go-to destination for locals, balikbayans, and tourists alike.
