His impressive career includes serving as the Executive Chef at the Korean Embassy, where he showcased his expertise in Korean cuisine. Chef Kim has also held prominent roles in prestigious establishments across Southeast Asia, including City of Dreams Manila, JW Marriott in Hanoi, Vietnam, and Resorts World Manila.
