Lovi Poe radiates holiday glam in her dazzling outfits featured on the digital cover of Metro Magazine.
In the cover story titled “‘Guilty Pleasure’: Actress-Producer Lovi Poe on a Year of Love, Loss, and Learning,” the Kapamilya actress-producer discusses her exciting new ventures in movie production.
Initially hesitant about portraying a lawyer in her upcoming film “Guilty Pleasure,” Lovi embraced the challenge to stretch her acting abilities with a captivating storyline.
“I never wanted to play an attorney because it involves extensive research and memorizing complex lines. You need to make your character believable, and I was genuinely afraid of that. But here I am, facing my fears and just going for it,” she shared with Metro.
In addition to her acting role, Lovi has stepped into the producer’s chair with her company, C’est Lovi Productions. She reflected on how her behind-the-scenes experiences sparked a newfound passion for production.
“I came up with the movie concept for ‘Seasons,’ and Ms. Roselle Monteverde assembled a team to write and direct the story I envisioned. Suddenly, it was on Netflix and became a success. That’s when I realized I should pursue this more,” Lovi revealed.
